My experience at Boston Market was truly disappointing. As soon as we walked in, we witnessed the manager verbally mistreating a new employee. He was rude and condescending, making it apparent how uncomfortable he made her feel. Even while she was trying to assist another customer, he continued to make snarky comments and criticized her for asking for help as the restaurant became busier.
I was hopeful that the food would redeem the experience, but unfortunately, it did not. The dishes were completely lacking in flavor and didn't even resemble what I remembered from just six months ago. The restaurant was out of many menu items and didn't even have soda available in the machine; they only offered cans. The food was disappointing—the chicken was dry and overcooked, the spinach tasted terrible and had a watery consistency, and the mashed potatoes were similarly runny. Considering the amount we paid, which wasn’t cheap, it definitely wasn’t worth it. The place was completely empty, and now I understand why. They’ve really dropped the ball; in the past, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the restaurant was always bustling with customers. If they go out of business, it will be their own fault. We have no intention of returning in the future.
I can’t believe how much it’s changed. Soon as I walked in the vibe was off it was dreary, empty. No smell of food just a stale smell. The food sides didn’t even look presentable a lot of stuff looked like it sat out all day. I didn’t get a chance to look at the turkey the server wrapped up. By the way there were no container covers so they had to use foil. The turkey looked like and tasted like plastic. The mash gravy tasted funny. The sweet potatoes were runny. So disappointed!!!! This place should have just stayed closed. There just giving bare minimum at this point. I won’t be returning here the food use to be so good smh. Don’t waste your time.
The bread used for my carver sandwich was different and the mashed potatoes tasted like powder mix potatoes versus real potatoes. This location is clearly cutting back with cheaper quality ingredients. I'm a long time Boston Market customer but today's visit was very disappointing.....

1st time at this location...they didn't have several items on the rnenu; Ribs..nuggets..stringbeans ...no drinks..machine was broke . Had to 15 mins for string beans...however the man working was by himself and very apologetic. None of the food looked appetizing but the chicken .
My lunch break was a disappointment. The mac and cheese had an unusual flavor, as if they used their own seasoning. The drink machine was out of order, there was no chicken available, and the food overall was really bad. Honestly, it's time to give up on this place.
The store in Woodbury NJ stinks, broccoli was bad, corn burnt, corn muffins dry as straw, store had no sandwiches, no sodas ,no turkey or most of menu, employees don't seem like they want to be there, my family will never go back there EVER AGAIN.
I used to wonder why this place always looked like it was closed when I drove by. I know why now... the food is TERRIBLE! This Boston Market has fallen completely off! Please do better or shut down!!

This place should have stayed closed. The meatloaf smelled like dog food. Couldn't get past the awful smell, ended up throwing it away. Will definitely not be back at any Boston Market.
The food is consistently delicious, and the staff treats her like family. The flame-broiled dishes are fantastic!
