I love this place. The chicken is tender and the side are all perfect.. spinach and cheese ,mash potatoes, mac and cheese and more... I always go there after the gym and get the 3 piece dark chicken and a double side of sweet potatoes with brown sugar and marshmallow.. it's the perfect post workout meal... Protein, carbs to replenish glycogen stores plus the brown sugar for an insulin spike to shuttle it all directly into the muscle.. also every minute counts post workout and it's right next door to LA fit.. perfect set up..... The Staff are the best here, they work hard and look good at the same time.
The checkout was very nice professional. He even wore my drink to the table for me. After my meal I went to my plate and they came and took him from me.
They have the best chicken dinner on the planet,,,and is always fresh,,,,if you try it you will always go back for more.....Cliff R
I was here a few times, my family loves chicken, corn bread tastes great.
