Got here after a long day at the hospital and saw many advertisements for 6 different kinds of chicken. I tried to order 3 different kinds and they kept saying that they didn’t have it(not that they ran out, not even that they were still cooking). I don’t understand why you’re advertising all of this and you don’t have it. So I ended up with the plain chicken. When I got to the sides AGAIN there were 9 or 10 options on the menu and when he asked me what sides I wanted there were only 4 available(all of which were almost finished). Having been a longtime customer, it's disheartening to witness the decline of one of my favorite spots, Boston Market. In the past, the restaurant boasted a bountiful array of options, but now the selections are incredibly limited. While the chicken maintained its quality, the experience was marred by cold mashed potatoes and gravy that appeared to have been improperly reheated. Observing patrons come in, only to leave puzzled by the diminished food selection, was a sight to behold. Constantly disappointing! At the 6pm dinner-time rush, the doors were locked and employees inside ignored those standing outside to order. A sign in the window read closing at 8pm when it was shortly after 6:30. Last time I visited this location, a staff member had her small child in the dining area, obviously working and trying to care for this disruptive little girl at the same time. I did not complain since I understand this could have been an isolated issue of a babysitter who cancelled but there have been other times I 've visited this location and have been extremely displeased with the customer service.
I really like Boston Market. I especially like that Meatloaf dinner. I always get the large. Their other offerings are good to 3 piece chicken hand carved turkey chicken pot pie, and a variety of sides

The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick. The staff were friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was great. I will definitely return. The food arrived hot.
Never had an issue with service. I’m always treated well. Sometimes they forgot the utensils but eh, we are humans, we make mistakes sometimes. Always a family favorite.
Great spot for delicious American cuisine! The food was incredibly flavorful, and the atmosphere was fantastic. It reminds me of the vibrant scene in San Diego.
Permanently closed, and it appears to have been that way for quite a while. Most of the equipment has been taken out from inside.

The food is delicious true but the staff here is the greatest.
