I’ve been visiting this Dunkin' almost every day for the past year. Usually, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and I enjoy chatting with the employees. However, during my last visit, I had to wait five minutes just to have my order taken by a young man who didn’t seem interested in helping me. I was considering getting a shake and was looking at the ice creams, but he was too busy on his phone to assist me. I thought he would help me any minute, but I was mistaken; it took him five minutes to even acknowledge my presence as a customer. The next day, I spoke to the manager about how rude and disrespectful his behavior was, suggesting she should train him on how to greet and assist customer...
I’ve been coming to this Dunking since the Bellwood location is temporarily closed due to a grand opening.And my last two times have been bad. I usually order through the Dunkin App to avoid waiting. I order 10 mins before I get to the location and the last two times I’ve had to wait more than 8 minutes to get my drink while other customers walking in to order at the the cash register and get their drinks first.
I truly love their iced coffee! However, my only issue with this location is that when I place a large order, it can be difficult to decipher what they've written on the cups. They often accidentally add sugar when I've requested none, or use regular syrup instead of the sugar-free option I asked for.
The only downside is the limited number of staff, which can result in a wait. However, they do their best given the situation. The team is friendly, always welcoming you with smiles and apologizing for the delay. I still love this place!

I truly valued the outstanding customer service! I accidentally ordered my coffee wrong, but they fixed it right away and with a smile, which is something you don’t see very often these days!
I had a very unpleasant experience with the woman at the register on December 24, 2023. She was quite rude to me, and I don't plan on returning. This situation needs to be addressed.
The restaurant is consistently clean, the staff members are friendly, and the dining area has a very inviting atmosphere!
Today was terrible! A woman named Sonia completely ignored me and took the order of someone who came in after me! ?

Quick service! My favorite is the black walnut ice cream in a sugar cone.
