Having a work lunch on Sept 29.Dirty door, table and overall. I used a wet nap to clean the gunge off the table and it was black.No toilet paper in women's washroom.Server forgot most of order.Appetizer came after almost done eating. Spin/artichoke dip was nauseating.Salad dressing was definitely a grocery brand.Uncomfortable with a server's bare midriff in my face.Food taste was not as expected for BP.Regret coming here.Save your money and eat elsewhere.I can't believe this place is open.
Google says the place closes at 12 am so we went inside to get a table at 10:00 pm. Asked the waiter if they’re open and two people said yes but when I asked if the kitchen was still serving food they said no. I don’t understand how a restaurant can be open for 2 more hours and not have an open kitchen. I’ve never been to a boston pizza with such poor service. Plus there were people currently in the restaurant eating and we got turned away for no reason. Never coming back.
The server was friendly, but the kitchen was incredibly slow compared to other restaurants I've been to. It took 30 minutes to get seated and 45 minutes to receive our kids' spaghetti. There weren't many satisfied customers and the servers seemed overwhelmed or too busy with multiple tables. There seems to be a need for better management training here.
The food was delicious, but the service was inconsistent, ranging from slow to non-existent. It's unclear if this is the norm or if they were just short-staffed that day, but it was not the best dining experience. I have never been to a worse Boston Pizza than this one. The manager and assistant manager were extremely unprofessional, and I felt discriminated against because of my race. I strongly advise against anyone visiting this location. They let my two children down by refusing to serve them their meals, despite having kid cards.
Went to Boston pizza woth my son and was extremely happy with the service and food. We bought kids card and my son’s meal was free and the server told me about kids eat free program for the month of September, so will be coming back for more delicious pizza’s and friendly
Great family restaurant, staff were super nice. Food came in a timely manner, and tasted fantastic. Really enjoyed this experience will be coming again next week!
