We went to this boston pizza on sunday Jan 27th, we had no choice to eat out we had no electricity, and the kids love boston pizza. we were 8 4 kids 4 adults, we sat near the hallway near the hostess desk. when we got there the hallway was dirty, smushed fries on the ground (meaning they had already been there for a while) and there where bills on the ground and dirty napkins. The hostess walked by and left it there, then she walked by again and it got stuck on her shoe, she had to pick it off her shoe and then throw it back on the floor! it was in her hands why not put it in the garbage?? we where there for a whole 2 and half hours and no one did anything, and the restaurant wasn't too busy...
The service was great and the waitress was very friendly and accomodating. The food, however, was very bad.We are regular customers of Boston Pizza and always enjoyed their food but this time around the nachos were very stale that even my husband who eats everything couldn't eat them. The kids' spaghetti and meatballs was also as bad. The meatballs were rock hard as if they've been cooked 3 days ago. The kids refused to eat them. When it got to the chicken burger, I was so embarrassed to even tell them it was still slightly pink and crunchy. Having said that, the waitress did talk to the manager who did not charge us for some of the plates. Overall though, we did not enjoy our lunch at all a...
We ate there twice over two weekends while participating to Ste-Thérèse's hockey tournament. We had no reservation but the manager and his staff were able to accommodate us (potential group of 15 the first time for an early dinner and a group of 5 the second time for a later dinner). Everyone enjoyed their meal!

eating was excellent and since in the celiac I was served fresh delicious gluten-free eating. a small cough is that they were not so busy, but the service for eating and drinks was slow. first bp I experienced with slow service. Apart from that, everything else was great!
they know the unesco should begin to protect the word pizza. restaurants throw the word loose. it should be illegal for boston pizza to use the word pizza, it is robin hood flour with hits it is the worst pizza I ever had in my life the 1 star is for her French fries
We ordered with uber eats. In our order, it included 3 kids meals. We and the kids were so impressed with the meals and the kids packs that came with! My oldest said it felt as if he was there! Well done, guys, you made 3 kids super happy!
During game nights, the atmosphere is incredible, the waitresses really get us in the mood for the Canadiens.
