My boyfriend found out about this place and he just HAD to try it. I am celiac so automatically had not even dreamed about being able to eat there but he happily informed me that they made gluten free cheesecake, instantly i also had to try them. So one Saturday afternoon we took a drive up to Laval. When we walked in we were in cheesecake heaven. I wish i could have tried anything i wanted but they only had 3 kinds in the freezer available, i took one of each and was absolutely delighted. The texture is nice and light almost that of a whipped cheesecake. I did find out you can call ahead 48 hrs to place a custom order which i definitely plan on doing as their Crème brûlée and Bailey's chees...
I've been there twice before and it's not easy. First of all, I want to make it clear that I really tried to find positive...but...$65 and a Saturday night wasted with this dried mud and not fresh, yes I'm talking about $5 cheesecakes for 2 bites with fruit almost molding on top! The packaging was cold and without sauce, an envelope of Caesar in sauce, can you imagine! Position yourself to AVOID ME!!! If I could do anything, I would. I forgot, the fabric chairs, I had to put a towel on the chair so it would disgust me. Don't waste your money and especially your time. Well, one positive yes, me and my wife laughed so hard... when I came out feeling like I was robbed.
Le Cheesecake bar offers the best cheesecake ever! They have all kinds of cakes but their strength is definetly the cheesecake. We met the owner when she was still operating from her house. She did our amazing wedding cake, popcakes and mini-cupcakes. So when she opened in Ste-Rose we were so excited. The place is very well decorated and cozy. You have mini-cheesecakes, sandwiches and salads, etc. You can enjoy this with a nice coffee! You have to try their cake!
I visited the place yesterday really very nice service really good. trade a little wide selection of cake with cheese, the individual cake are really smaller than on the photos but the taste compense wow super good taken 4 and it is $16 expensive I have tasted with lemon fantastic!!!!!!For a cake once in a time why pasil also make of the food go there ... late with parking c not famous but you can go to the place
This place used to be excellent. We’d drive from Montreal to pick up their cheesecake, but recently (last 5 times exactly), it’s been terrible to the extent that we were shy to have presented them at our gatherings. Everytime, we’d think it was that ‘one’ time. Not recommended. Service is always excellent and the people there are really kind though.
Just discovered it and so far my favorite cheesecake place in Laval! Loved the taste, the look of each piece and the to go box. But the employee was nonchalent while serving my friend which is very unfortunate because it would have deserved a 5.
Excellent little cafe/coffee shop in Old Saint Rose region of Laval. Coffee and dessert quality are excellent. Gave it a 4 star rather than 5 because it was a little cold in there even though we sat way in the back away from the front door.
Cool concept, let's you try different types of cheesecakes. for 6$ you get 6 "bite sized" pieces of cheesecake with different toppings. pretty cool. Also, their coffees and ice caps are great as well! Can't wait to go back. very soon!
