I just want to share how amazing our server was on September 7,2023. We had Courtney who was friendly helpful and smiled every time she came to our table. We even catches a few laughs with her. I wish I could email her manager to tell them what a great asset she is to Boston pizza. She provided amazing service. It was also nice that we were recognized by another server whom we have had in the past a couple of times. I for the life of me can’t remember her name today but she was cleaning tables last night around 730. Came here on September 9th to watch the UFC fight with a few friends. Excellent experience. I made a reservation near the screen and they gave us a nice corner of the restaurant with a huge screen. Was pleasantly surprised. Really appreciate that they took what we asked for seriously.The waiting staff were on the ball all night with coming over and asking if we needed anything. Food was great, and everyone had a great time! Thanks to the staff for a great night.
Want to the bar to get a beer and was told the server would be right over...half hour later, I still did not get served...went back to the bar to say I hadn't got a beer yet, server asked what I ordered, I said NOTHING...I had 2 Coors and the bill was $25...absolutely ridiculous price for 2 beers...will never be
Took our grandkids today for dinner. Waited ages for anyone to take our order. 3 different people served us during our time. Food took forever. When it finally arrived, had to ask for silverware and plates, and had to wait again! Not impressed ? Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food is amazing . Service so slow , many people left and someForgotten on patio .Manger should have more staff . Waited 30 mins for drinks and 40 mins for a dessert . Crazy .
Had I think the big Dipper. It was awesome. They also had the Clarington flames hockey team assisting the servers which I loved. Awesome. Will be back.
Ordered some pizza take outs, the pizzas were testy and healthy. Price was a bit pricy, we paid over $30 for a large pizza.

The staff was rude! Every ingredient in the salad was stale and the cocktails were bland. Will not recommend!
