Amazing team of employees! I have ordered here many times and have a had a couple problems, sure, but they are so good at dealing with them, hearing you out and making sure it’s fixed in store or online. Pooja is a champion. Like, THE BEST customer service I have had. They are open late and the online system for ordering is fairly reliable. Shea, Victoria and so many others follow the lead of some great management.
Just wanted to thank Pooja for her amazing customer service. Believe it or not as soon as we enter the store she welcomes us and begins to prepare our order. Shes wonderful with kids and my son knows her name off by heart and looks forward to going to Popeyes. Thank you for always being amazing! Your thoughtfulness truly goes a long way. Thank you again
The only Popeyes I've been to where the chicken isn't overly greasy or overly salty! The chicken is always fresh and I can tell that the oil is changed frequently. It's a bit of a commute for me to go from Ajax but totally worth the drive when I get my cravings! The staff is courteous, quick and the place is super clean!
I have been here 4, 5 times.. everytime good experience. Fresh chicken according to Popeyes standards. Whenever i want to dine in i come here.. 30 mins drive.. Nice and clean, fresh food. 5 keep it like this. . I realy like that girl. Working on sunday eve. Smily face
It's a clean, spacious and well lit restaurant with halal food options. Customer service is exceptional and they even made a new sandwich when they realized the one that they made didn't look right. I would come back to this Popeye's whenever I am back in this area.
Stopped in for a quick bite for lunch, restaurant was clean, not very busy with lots of room to dine in. Service was quick and friendly. Received exactly what was ordered, and enjoyed my stay. Really good for a fast food restaurant.

Been to a bunch of Popeyes but this one was the fastest, freshest and tastiest. Food was served hot not just warm and everything was cooked perfectly. Staff was very nice and helpful as well.
