I walked here this morning along Goodwood Road, having heard lots about it but never been. Boulangerie 113 sits, almost unassuming in a row of shops with a newsagent & greengrocer. It appears to be an authentic French bakery, with a drop dead gorgeous cabinet of colourful and mouthwatering pastries. Behind the delicious treats were a myriad of different freshly baked breads. We bought a brioche loaf to take home as well as a Nutella danish (because, yum), Bacon & Egg roll & an Almond Croissant. Simply put , the premiere bread in SA. Flavoursome , crusty - moist where it needs to be . The sourdough & bageuttes even hold up brilliantly the next day. Their quirky croissants & butter pastries are great also. Coffee is awesome , which is a bonus as a lot of artisanal bakeries leave this as an afterthought
Really wanted to like this little place and I ordered a few things but all of them were disappointing, the most being the spinach pastry. The pasty was inedible as it was so hard and the green vegetable was unrecognizable as it was so badly over cooked. Coffees were acceptable. Would not go back there for the food. Amazing fresh sourdough bread from this quaint little bakery! Highly recommend for your fresh crusty bread cravings, with great pastries & variety of croissants too! Coffee is ok, however my friend ordered hers with soy milk and it came out lumpy like it was curdled!
Great fit out, fantastic croissants and some of the best flavoured pies I've had in a long while! Artisan breads and beautifully made pastries make this a place I'll come back to. Work on the coffee and it'll be perfect!
Had a normal croissant and a peppermint and dark chocolate croissant . IMO not the best croissant i had, just an average croissant but Peppermint croissant was quite good tho

France has come to Adelaide! Haven't tasted baguettes and pastries as French and delicious as this since getting back from Europe! Can't get enough of this place!
