I come to Gruissan on vacation for decades, summer or long weekends. I visit this shop every time you stay, especially the 'uncontournable and delicious tart pie. I haven't been back for two years and now, I wonder what's going on. Not only does the freshness of the spoon pies question me... as if they were defrosted. The dough is dry and departs from the frangipane cream. Quality is no longer in the RV. The price did not increase but the size slightly. That's okay. On the other hand, reception and service are no longer the same. Everything is heavy, sad. The atmosphere is plummeted. More smiles and lightness in exchanges. Just kind of closed faces. And sometimes even hard to get understood...
Deck service at a minimum. 3 pastries for 2 people served in a single small cup, without towel and without a small spoon... (MENELIK without spooning my faith... All summer I took my bread in this bakery where I have had my habits for years and this year I really noticed that the welcome was detestable, not a smile, not an exchange... it’s on the chain and that’s not what we’re looking for in this establishment. The employees don’t have the fiber, and the bosses are sad... while before they were smiling and pleasant... hope that out of season it will be better because many people complain about it in the queue...
Very bad service, total lack of respect for customers, lack of professionalism of the manager(? . The products are not bad, but you can’t trust them when you order (there are great chances that they sell your cake before you come to look for it even if you specify the time of the day so yes the mistake is human but no excuses and instead do as if it were the customer’s fault to be spent 2 hours before closing! Why close this late if we don't propose anything after 4pm, because their shop is empty... go your way!
We took sandwiches and pastries for our picnic, sandwiches are very easy! Minimal and insipid trim, regarding pastry quality is correct without more! So disappointed with the very favorable opinions!

Good bakery in the whole playing on its notoriety but sometimes a failure on baking bread, everything is good except sandwiches not filled enough and a little fades...

Nice, nice and all rich, rich Briox to the orange fleur, brioxe filling, bread... Ideal to take something in a good place that provides kindness

Baguette tradition at 1,40 €: the most expensive in France and really not extraordinary or very mediocre.
Excellent products, cake bread...the best: the narbone pie... with bitter almond cream and raisins
