Simply the best pastry bakery in Fontainebleau...The best value for money; an exceptional sourdough baguette, light and delicious cabbages, and for pastries the thousand leaves is without equivalent on Fontainebleau. Excellent bellifontaine pastry, prices very correct, much cheaper than Cassel (where we pay more fame than quality... and just as good! Only small flat there are a lot of people, victim of its success, and even when the cakes are ordered in advance, however, you have to queue.
