this beautiful little bakery has it all tasty baguettes and pastries and cappuccinos, walkway seats with views of magnificent flowering, semi-buryed buildings over the narrow pedestrian zone, and best of our sweet young waitress marion, which speaks excellent English and was very...following of our special desires. we tried several bakeries during our 6 days here, and that was our favorite. Once we discovered this place, we made it to our regular breakfast café. look forward to coming back to Alsace on our next trip!
We enjoyed a wonderful, inexpensive lunch at Vogel Boulangerie-Patisserie in the charming village of Ribeauvillé in Alsace. For a total of 12 euros we had an entrée, a main course, dessert, and an expresso the dessert was anything of our choice in the entire...bakery! The atmosphere was cheerful and inviting as was our waitress. The bakery is located on the main street appropriately named the Grand' Rue.
Nice little cafe with excellent food and super pastries. House wine is local and the best. They have a few English speakers in staff for the helpless Americans. When we forgot our left overs, they actually chased us down.

no service, with maintenance! obviously only interest in supplying native! in consideration of the current lack of tourist, not a very intelligent way to behave!
brunch was delicious and healthy, which is a hard combination to find in this opposite! loved the quality of the brotes, the beats and the carrot muffin!

We encountered a waitress who clearly did not wish to be working over the Christmas period but, apart from that, the coffee and food was OK
We roamed around in different villages in Alsace and for this particular place we wanted to place a good review.
