I recently attended this place for a surprise birthday Party on 06/02/2022 around 6:15 p.m. The space was clean, with 3 4 guests and initially very pleasant. However that immediately changed. There were several employees present yet there was only one person who served us. From purchasing games, receiving shoes and food this male who was not in uniform was clearly rude and very short. He never greeted us or said thank you. One of our guest wanted to rearrange the seating for our guests of 16 people. From that point on it was downhill. The male staff shouted at the person to not move the furniture. His reaction very unprofessional. He then changed his tone and said he would provide us chairs....
Bowlero was a great experience for a great price. I went with my boyfriend and my two sisters- we played 2 games of bowling, rented shoes, and got a pizza and drink for less than $100 total. The bowling alley has great music and beautiful lighting. All lanes and sitting areas are well kept and tidy. The staff are very attentive and welcoming, and they bring you water even if you order nothing else (which at a bowling alley is great, because they can be stuffy sometimes). Our server was very friendly, answered any questions we had, and refilled our pitcher without us asking. She was great! They also have a rule where people under 18 can't be in past 9, and I honestly think that's a great idea...
This place was so much fun! Drive by thousands of times and wanted to try it. I finally did when some plans changed but we still wanted to go out with our youngest almost adult kid! The bowling alley had so many lanes, the food was good drinks were great and the employees were so nice! Seem clean to! The arcade was a blast, love love the snowmobile racing game and the huge claw machine so much fun! This place more than made up for our night that was canceled last minute and almost ruined our night and our daughter had drove over an hour a half to go out. Thank you! We will be there again! To all employees that worked that Sunday you all were amazing and the customer service was awesome!
I visited this place with my family—quite a large group! We had a fantastic time; we indulged in great food, played games in the arcade, and enjoyed laser tag. It was really a lot of fun! The prices were basically what we expected; neither cheaper nor more expensive than typical rates for bowling, arcade games, or laser tag. A tip: if you're bowling and planning to play laser tag, make sure to add it to your bowling reservation at the front desk!

I came here with my family! pretty big family. we had an explosion, we've stuffed, we played in the arcade and we played laser tag. we had really fun! it was about what they would expect to pay. expect neither cheaper or more expensive than you?d for bowling, arcade or laser tag. tipp: if your bowling and playing laser tag put it on their bowling reservation at the bowling desk!
Manager was very rude , seemed like he hated his life which is fine but don't ruin my party. Very moody and acted like he didn't want us there after we spent a lot of money to bowl. Always had a mean grudge on his face. The man who worked at the bar was very nice tho! And other staff seemed to be in a better mood! Pretty lame tho needs more spunk in the building!
So Me And My Family Celebrated My 59Th Birthday Last Night !! We Had Such A Wonderful Time Bowling Eating Pizza ,Wings And Drinks. Every Year We Do This Tradition And Every Year It Just Keep Getting Better. The Customer Service Was Great Also. So I Would Like To Thank Bowlero For Making My Birthday Special. I Will Definitely Be Coming Back Again!!
I just joined a bowling league, and the atmosphere here is fantastic. Our server, Martiana, was outstanding. She had a wonderful attitude that really enhanced our experience. Bowlero is fortunate to have her on their team!

I don't recall my waitress's name, but she was wonderful. She was patient, extremely friendly, and full of personality. I'm looking forward to going back and finding out her name. I had a fantastic experience this time!
just add a bowling league and the atmosphere is great. our server martiana was excellent. she had a great job and made the experience better. bowlero is lucky to have them!
