Boysterous Burgers is such a great find in Brighton. The atmosphere is warm, lively, and full of character—it really feels like somewhere a bit special from the moment you walk in. I had the Texas Hold’em burger, which was absolutely spot on—packed with flavour and clearly made with care. Adding a couple of fresh oysters and an IPA made the whole experience feel a bit different (in the best way). It’s so refreshing to come across a place that does something a little quirky and unique compared to your usual burger spot, while still delivering on quality. I’ll definitely be back.
