This was my first dining experience in Charlottetown and it set the tone for a great stay. The location is right on the wharf in the middle of the tourist and local action. I love eating outside on vacation and the restaurant was ideal for outdoor dining. I had the chowder to kick off my time in the Maritimes and it was delicious. The staff was friendly but I had to prompt them to seat me, bring a drink, bring the bill, etc. No big problem, but I felt a little neglected as a party of one, not a larger group. I had a great meal then walked out to the wharf, got some Cows ice cream, and all was good in the world.
boy oh boy- what a treat! After driving around the "points east coastal" route on PEI we were famished! Quick search lead us to this hidden treasure!The Steamed Mussels in BlueBerry Ale and Bacon were over the top amazing. Finished with a pint (or two) of the Island Red... well let's just say "wow!" AND if you come on Saturday's- I guess the Live Music is a staple. Good food and good times. I'd recommend Brakish.
I've been there before and I must say the food was terrible this time. There was no effort put into the food and presentation, we even had fallen blueberries in the mac and cheese. I took some others their for their first visit and I was embarrassed. I do understand there is a shortage is supplies and workers, however in saying that there should not be an option to question the food quality or presentation
My husband and I enjoyed our first experience at Brakish on Canada Day, after watching the Tall Ships enter the Charlottetown Harbor. We were cold and wet but had a very satisfying meal and very nice service. The Pump Ale beer (I believe that was the name) was outstanding! We went there as a group and had excellent service and great, fresh food. I had the clam chowder poutine and it was fabulous! Everyone was very satisfied with their meal and I would definitely recommend this place. Great location of the pier with a view of the ocean and harbor!
Right on the water with some mellow live music going on. I had some kind of gin cocktail that was delicious and refreshing. Food was good and service too. Only downside is that you're up against the brick wall facade of the Delta.
The food was very good, and it was of high quality, the burger was alright therefore I have to give it a four star, if we ordered anything else, i probably would have given it a 5 star

This is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious seafood and spend a wonderful time with friends outside by the fire pit.
