This place has become one of my favorite spots to get a quality castle. From staff to food, this place is the place for lunch or dinner (I do not have judges. If you eat, the service may appear slow, but that is because all burgers are made to order. The main room is where you order the food and can observe how the burgers are cooked on the grill. You also have a back room that has few projectors along with a bar for drinks. The burger I usually get is called Hollywoodburger. The burger comes with pepper jack cheese, grilled jalapeños, grilled onions and of course some crispy bacon (yummm). The meat is seasoned with a good balance of salt and pepper and the taste does not overwhelm the whole...
Being sensitive to gluten, I have to order my burgers bunless and, most of the time, the chefs have no idea how to accommodate. You all do the best bunless burgers I've had so far. Thank you - you make the ride worth it for a Friday night dinner of Grand Prairie!
Excellent quality and taste, very friendly staff and cool decor. They are for about $10 per person for a burger, pommes or onion rings and a drink. Very reasonable pricing for quality in my opinion!

This place sold one of the best Schroom burgers I ever tasted, and their onion rings and fried green beings were spiced well, I suggest you try it all.
Best fresh flavor full burger ever and do not exclude the onion rings/ranch dressing was ultimate perfection!!! The tea was ok!
