we found ourselves in bayeux in the middle of the afternoon (between the usual time of lunch and dinner) looking for an option for a meal. it was the place, even if the option was limited to a few salads and their pizza menu. When we asked for the size of the pizza, we were told that they were of individual size. It seemed just because of the reasonable price, but when they came to the table, everyone could easily feed two. No problem. When they left, they packed what was left so we could take it. the wine of the house was fairly reasonable and we found the service totally friendly and efficient.
a huge disappointment, Saturday noon we are looking for a quick and simple place to eat with my husband.The choice is therefore on a brewery but here frankly it is to mock the customer.I ask for a salad three cheese at 13.50€... so it is three pieces of tiny pieces of cheese placed on a mini slice of white calcinated baguette, small pieces of tomatoes, the green salad and nuts against my husband is well served.

We stopped here for a late lunch while bayeux was in the middle of a medieval holiday. We had a quick and friendly service even though many tables were busy. We both had three cheese salad - a very nice vinaigrette with very fresh nuts. the red wine pichet of the house was excellent. I recommend for a good lunch.
we regularly go to this restaurant over the last 10 years, food has always been excellent. always pleasant and welcoming staff. We spent good nights in this brewery over the years. recommend the dish of the day.
the advantage is the speed of service! dish of the good but not extraordinary day!! reception and pleasant service! The place is more to drink a drink than to eat.
