I ordered the pizza with mince on. When I came it tasted of absolutely nothing just basically flavourless mince. I ate about a quarter of it and scraped the rest off. I didn't want to complain as I don't like sending food back to the kitchen (I worry what happens to it) and wouldn't order anything else so ended up eating the pizza base and drinking the remainder of Prosecco. This little restaurant with a great location looked great a first. From the beginning service was terrible. They took forever to take our order and then they messed up when the food came to our table (my wife's pasta has magically been changed to another dish). Not apologies from the owner/manager whatsoever that took our order.Last but not least, when asked what would you like to drink be careful. I asked for tapped water, and the manager said they don't have it, but offer still or sparkling water instead. We went for the still. Went there on rainy saturday 14 Feb, family of 5 including a young 18 months old boy.....I feared he'd disturb restaurant but the owner and his team were just great and welcoming !Food wise, main course + bottle of red wine + cafe gourmand = 120ish € and very good. Red meat tender and perfectly seared and cooked, Thai chicken skewers perfect and "steak tartare" just well prepared and spicy enough.Again, great atmosphere out there, and, probably usual comment, just visit french riviera outside summer period or during big events...Merci pour ce bon moment !
We popped in for a quick lunch after taking a stroll along the beach. I ordered a Margherita Pizza and my partner ordered the Caesar chicken burger. The pizza was roughly €12 and the burger was roughly €14. We were both incredibly disappointed. My pizza was burnt at the bottom and tasted like a frozen pizza - there was no freshness to it at all! My partners chicken burger tasted like reheated chicken and he was extremely disappointed with his meal too.

This used to be one of my favorite places to come and have a drink and people watch. I have come to Cannes for over 20 years and always came here for lunch and drinks. While the location is ideal the service the food (i dont know how you can screw up a caprese salad but they did) the drinks menu (how do you run out of prosecco at 12:30 lunch) are severely lacking. Its a shame ... Used to be a great place!

We stopped by for some cocktails in the evening. Mojitos and daiquiris - they were awful! Not properly prepared, warm and way to strong. The service was poor as well. Have no idea how the food is, but for drinks this is not the place.
Overpriced, which is logical given the location (facing the casino). What is not normal, on the other hand, is the poor quality of the "salon de the" food: pancakes were chewy and not tasteful, and the ice cream was even worse.

My daughter and I had late dinner with a beef and fish burger. Well made, great taste and wonderful fries. Friendly staff and nice and quiet even with the outdoor concert in the background.
We had dinner here and found it reasonably priced for what we got. Great spot for people watching and chilling over a cool glass of beer .
