I had appreciated many of them at many places. therefore I go to charles de Gaulle roissy airport flo restaurant to have a lunch waiting for my aircraft. Really? That was my reaction when the waiter kindly' asked us to leave the restaurant. After a 4 hour drive to CDG airport, my 3 year old asked me if he could eat french fries. Flo being the only restaurant in Terminal 2F that serves...warm food, the choice was a no-brainer. Once seated, the waiter asked for our order, I requested for kid's meal (comes with fries) and a large beer. The reaction I received was stunning: We are not a bar and I have to ask you to leave Excuse me, I said , I just want to order a kid's meal and a beer. Again the waiter replied: I have to ask you to leave, we are a restaurant, not a bar”. At this time it was 3.30pm, the place was nearly empty, I was simply stunned...
Located at the eastern end of terminal 2F (Air France domestic European hub) is a seriously good upscale brasserie. Excellent selection of bistro fare: Starters of soups, salads, shrimp and the like and mains like Foie Gras, Escargot, Filets etc with some very tempting desserts...to finish. A walk to the toilets in the rear passes open kitchens where fully chef'ed out cooks are preparing very nice looking dishes. Due to time constraints we shared a Capresse Salad made with the freshest of ingredients with a side of fries accompanied by a 50 cL of beer and a small glass of white wine. The bill came to €37.60. Service was prompt, polite and available in English. Very recommended.
I used to look forward to a chance to visit Flo on the land side of terminal 2E...no longer. The service was slow, the few patrons there were were crowded together in a small section. The Sea Bream in a salt crust was the size...of a fish finger ... for €27! Upon pointing this out to the waiter he agreed, but did nothing. He said it was the chef’s fault ... when we asked for the manager we were told that nothing he could do. The pumpkin soup was what you’d expect from Flo, so was the Argentine Entrecôte ... but the minuses easily overwhelm the pluses. Avoid this Flo outpost till they re-train their staff and teach the kitchen about value.

this is an excellent classic French brasserie. excellent “circle bourgeoisie” to moderate trips. Too bad that the brasserie is in the departure area of the terminals 2f and not beyond the security. the restaurants outside the security are either banal or very expensive.
The only nice thing is a service. So pity to come to france and have so low quality food. Definitely do not order: lentilles salad and the saute de veau has nothing to see with what we expect in france, tagliattele not eatable, too. Domage...!
we did not expect much in an airport hotel restaurant, but we really enjoyed our eating. my man had a pizza, and I chose the plate du jour, a great worth. the waiter was very friendly and attentive.
Somber place, slow and unmotivated staff, food without interest (as if it had been reheated). Very disappointing in comparison to other Brasserie Flo, for example in Maastricht and in Metz.

average food at a badly managed airport . not much to scream, but sufficient. they are probably not helped by the busily run airport.
The food was good. Service a bit slow,not because the persons but because few waiters for too many tables! Food taste good!
