Great restaurant as always for quality of food, location and overall experience. I don't attend as much as I used to due to the really, really baffling policy they introduced on a match day which was designed to cash in and did not take into consideration people like me and my wife who used to come without fail, booking in advance, every home game. A real shame. I hope the policy changes next season
We had dined at this restaurant before, so we knew what to expect - excellent service, high-quality food, and beautiful surroundings. This time, I used OpenTable to make a reservation and was delighted to secure the table I requested. The view of the quay with a transport bridge in the distance (it is Middlesbrough after all) was stunning.
I ordered a medium Sirloin steak, which arrived cooked well, but unfortunately tasted very tough. On the other hand, my wife's lamb was delicious. My steak was definitely not worth the £20 I paid for it, so my overall review is not good. It was disappointing to have had many enjoyable meals at this restaurant in the past.
Second time we have been there. Food is good but not adventurous. More vegetarian options would be good. Lighting is too low, had to use our torch on our 'phone to read the menu. Ask for a window seat when you book! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Gorgeous food.....again. Will definitely be back soon. Taken straight to our table and left alone at the end of our meal until WE were ready to leave no pressure on us.
Enjoyed a lovely prematch meal with very efficient friendly service, recommended for all occasions.

"Ordered good at 5pm. Told an hour for delivery. Checked why it hadn't arrived at 6.45 to be told our order hadn't gone through till. It would be cooked and sent straight out. It's now 7.40 and still no food."
