Ja, in Bayeux ist unter der Woche nicht mehr so viel los. Pub geschlossen, benachbartes Restaurant zu... und der Magen knurrt. Die Brasserie, die offensichtlich um gleichnamigen Hotel gehört, war unsere letzte Rettung. Und eine gute!Das Restaurant hat einen schön gestalteten Außenbereich, der an einer moderat befahrenen Nebenstraße liegt. Das freundliche Personal ist stets behilflich und entspannt. Durch die vielen D-Day-Touristen ist englisch kein Problem. Auch die Speisekarte ist zweisprachig. Unser Essen war in keiner Weise zu beanstanden. Im Gegenteil, gute französische Küche. Die Getränkeauswahl war ok, nur die Zahl der Biere war etwa mager.
Sometimes when we eat a restaurant that is located in a hotel, it's usually so so. However, after walking the town one evening we came across this restaurant and it was quite busy - which is usually a good sign. We waited less than 5 minutes for a table as a walk-in and were promptly taken care of. We all enjoyed our meals and drinks. Fish & Chips were great by the way!!

this restaurant enjoys a beautiful sunny terrace. The service is smiling and effective. the dishes were fresh and tasty. rare thing to emphasize: a steak cooked perfectly in accordance with demand!
