FINALLY, specialty coffee has come to St Ives! I have only ever bought beans or takeaway coffee from Brew Crew so am only commenting on my coffee experiences: they have always been 10/10. The vibe is chill and cozy, the staff are such sweeties and the coffee is dope so what's not to love? If you're lactose intolerant they have a bunch of dairy free milks such as Bonsoy, MILKLAB almond milk and MILKLAB lactose free milk. Brew Crew stamps their takeaway cups so the liquid inside isn't affected by the ink, they have a variety of beans (blends and single origins), doses are measured, exposure to water is manually timed, yield is measured; we're seeing specialty coffee at its finest here! I regularly order a coffee early in the morning through the Hey You App. Coffee is always ready when I arrive and the coffee is really good, very consistent, not had a bad cup yet! Staff are polite and friendly as well. Highly recommended!
