an absolutely terrible place with disgusting customer service. I arranged and had to repeat my order 3 times to make sure that the young girl had it right. she even repeated it to me twice (first time incorrectly she failed on a Souvlaki order, which was simply “no wobble, no salate we only want a chicken sauce and garlic sauce.) the second time she repeated it again correctly. what we got was a souvlaki with wobble tomato and salad without garlic sauce! When I wanted to show the error, they thought that the best course of action was to argue with me, and then I blame myself for getting the order wrong and lying to them. it is the second time that they get a simple order wrong and their food...
I visited this restaurant on a chilly autumn evening and got the minimum chips and flake. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The portion sizes were just right, and the food was ready in 10 minutes, as promised. I appreciated that they cooked in vegetable oil. The restaurant was very clean and accessible for wheelchairs and children. They only offer takeaway, but there is good parking available in front of the restaurant.
came here on a cold autumn night and ordered minimal chips and flakes. the staff was so beautiful and helpful. the portion size is what I would expect and the cooking time was 10 minutes, as they had said. so they boil in vegetable oil....very clean spaces. chair friendly. kid kind. no eating in just taking. good parking front.
Very disappointed. Have not been here for a number of years due to poor service. Tried again today. When they forget to cook the fish, then leave everything else out until the fish is cooked....not worth it. No apologies for the poor service, no acknowledgement...that they were wrong. The owners learn your name after only a couple of visits and they are just so friendly. This is just a complement to their fantastic fish chips. Chips are always nice crunchy on the outside and soft tasty on the inside, coupled...with the delicious chicken salt, mmmmmm.
elaborate and understood. the waiting times are exaggerated and they seem to be carnating about it. the prices I suspect are on the way, I don't charge the quality or the amount. there are better places to get their fish and chips
The chips are crispy with a light batter that perfectly complements the flaky texture. The scallops and prawns are delicious, and the restaurant is very clean. Overall, they offer a strong selection of dishes.

The restaurant was a bit busy and chaotic on Easter Friday, but it was worth the wait. The fish and chips were delicious. I will definitely be going back again.
