Genevieve and Judson craft exquisite and delicious offerings. From bread to cookies, pizza, scones, and shortbread – everything is fantastic. Their products are organic, fresh, and flavorful. Treat yourself by visiting Thursday through Sunday, as they are closed Monday to Wednesday. The staff is wonderful, and their passion shines through in everything they do. You won’t regret it. The positive atmosphere and great teamwork make it all come together perfectly. Don’t miss out – go!
I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and was curious about their rye bread. The staff member informed me that they had some German rye in the cooler and pointed it out. Unfortunately, that was my first and last visit. I found the bread to be extremely hard, dense, and lacking any rye flavor. I left very disappointed, feeling like my $8 was wasted. Even the birds wouldn't touch it. I wouldn't have even given it a star if I didn't need one to post this review.
This bakery is fantastic! We keep a variety of their delicious items in the freezer, ensuring we always have great bread on hand. The pizza rolls are incredible, as are the pain au chocolat and the shortbread cookies. The pizzas are also excellent. The only drawback is the complicated schedule for when different items are available. While it can be a bit of a hassle, the deliciousness of everything makes it a struggle worth enduring!
We had a delightful experience in the café, enjoying both baguettes and pretzel bread. We also purchased a German-inspired holiday bread called Misch, made from three different whole grains, which suited our preferences perfectly. The coffee we ordered was poured to perfection. We heard that Brimfield Bread Oven serves the best bagels, so we decided to check it out. While their bagels aren't the classic New York style I'm accustomed to, they are nonetheless delicious and unique. We typically grab a loaf of their sourdough and a French baguette as well. Plus, the cookies are absolutely amazing!
We absolutely love this place. I can?t believe I just found this bakery!! I highly recommend. The cookies are great, super chewy and the chocolate croissants are the best I have ever had!!! We will 100% be back.
Only high quality here. Pastry, cookies, many kinds of breads and buns, pizzas and sandwiches some times. Try the lavendar shortbread cookie -so different and delicious. All natural and all of it looks so good.

This is a fantastic bakery! My only suggestion would be to add an American flag alongside the others; that would be a nice touch.
