Was there at 4 30 in the afternoon on 12-10-23. The server, a lady, did not greet me. I had to ask if I should seat myself. She had a nasty scowl on her face. She just dropped the menu on the table and left. I was only the 2nd table that had a customer. So it's not like she was busy. The point is her attitude just turned me off. I asked her a question about the menu and I got a one word answer, NO, and that was that. She brought my chicken soup and my egg cream, and did not say anything, just a nasty scowl. I was very polite and nice through the whole ordeal. Then she brought my pastrami sandwich out, and it was more of the same. Never asked if I needed anything, or if it was good. The other...

Wife and I stopped by to pick up some bagels and coffee to go after working out at the Lifetime to cross the street. For to go orders, you walk to the right as soon as you enter and order from the counter. Service was great, and the atmosphere was nice for a quick grab-and-go bagel, but dine-in has table service for you if you wish.We each got an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and a coffee with cream. The bagel was fantastic, but we weren't huge fans of the coffee. We've heard the pastrami sandwich is delicious here. Will try it and update review. If it's good, I would give this place 5 stars.

We had an extremely rude lady who showed utter indifference to me and my wife 's presence and never came to our table even after we were seated and looking at our menus for over 10 minutes or so. I am usually calm even when confronted with bad service but I really lost my cool and we just left but not before being met with a sarcastic bye from this person. I believe I saw others in here complaining about her as well.

We were up in Rockford at lunchtime and my wife had a craving for pastrami. Me being from NYC and she from San Francisco, we have pretty high standards for deli food. Brooklyn's Deli did not disappoint. My double-decker sandwich of pastrami and corned beef with cole slaw was delicious and messy like it should be. I got a couple of knishes to go. I wish it were closer to our home in NoVA. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Thank you to Lorenzo the manager. Did a phenomenal job fixing a mistake and going above and beyond. There were a couple items missing from my order and he delivered them to my house since I was sick. Appreciate the kindness and understanding. 5 stars for service and going above.

Our first time trying the place and it was good overall. I tried the Tuna sandwich, and it was okay. The pastrami sandwich was awesome. We ordered the potato pancake and it was good. Overall, it was a chilled out place for sandwiches. The service and ambiance were good as well.

Ordered two sandwiches with a side of fries and was disappointed! The food is very bland and has no flavor to it. I think even salt and pepper would help season some of the chicken. Even the fries were bland. Customer service was great and staff were attentive.

Far cry from a Kosher Deli IMO. The Matzo Ball soup was nothing more than chicken noodles soup with a matzo ball in the middle. The pastrami was average and what I would get anywhere else. Hard pass if you want authentic taste. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Great breakfast/brunch spot. Classic deli with all the great items on the menu. I went with the Greek omelette and pumpernickel bagel. Multiple options for both. The matzoh ball soup is fantastic and great presentation.
