We went to Brownstone this past weekend for breakfast. Our server was amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and got the job done with a smile. It’s always nice to go out and have warm encounters : .I had the corned beef hash and my boyfriend had the cinnamon pancakes.The only issue I had was with my food. The corned beef hash isn’t that great. It’s too salty and lacking some flavor and freshness. hash tastes like it’s made somewhere else and they just chop it up and heat it at Brownstone : .But the worst part is, you’re paying over $15 for potatoes and eggs. They try to be slick by mixing the hash with the potatoes thinking it’ll go unnoticed that there’s only like 2 ounces of hash. I’m used...
My best friend and I stopped here for brunch and I'm glad we did because the Brownstone Omelette I ordered was prepared perfectly. The eggs were fluffy, and the omelette had the perfect amount of potatoes to compliment it. Of course, what's brunch without mimosas? So, I had a LI Sunrise Mimosa that paired perfectly with the omelette. The only negative thing was it appeared the staff had stomach issues or we just timed it during their morning routine, because I tried to use the restroom twice and both times there was a line of ladies that worked there waiting to go next.
It's a bit noisy for my taste. Very attentive wait staff. The very hungry man feast is a bargain. I don't know anywhere else where you are getting that much food at the price. I'd say the potatoes were the star of the meal. They were obviously deep fried and just so consistently crispy all around with a soft center. The only downside was the scrambled eggs which has that silly putty consistency you often get from eggs made on a flat top . I'll definitely be coming back.
I think I've experienced the freshest ingredients I've ever had at a restaurant. The food is served quickly, but they don’t rush you through your meal. I do wish someone had come to refill or heat up my coffee while we were eating; I was caught up in conversation but could have asked if I needed to. Everything was absolutely delicious! I've visited this restaurant twice, and each time the food, service, and atmosphere have been outstanding. I ordered a salad with a side of potatoes, and they were absolutely delicious. The cinnamon swirl pancakes are fantastic as well. I really love the food here! Food: 5/5
Always a great place for brunch on the weekend. Long wait? No problem, get on the waitlist via their website and know when to get there. It's usually faster than what the site says and if anything finding parking is the hardest part!
The most delicious chorizo omelette I’ve had in my life. Honey bee latte was delicious ? my wife had the blt Benedict and loved it. Decor inside is nice with comfortable seating layout. Service was good ?

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is pleasant, but the service is quite poor; we waited 15 minutes after being seated. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.
