Bubbas is dead to me. Have been a customer for 7 years. Earlier this month I had an order I'd placed online not arrive. Then had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Saj the delivery driver when I called to enquire after waiting an hour and a half. This person told me he had delivered it already, refused to tell me what the house or fence looked like and refused to deliver a new order or issue a refund. He has no customer service skills, did not at any point apologise for the mix up or offer any help. I called twice over 2 days and spoke to Saj and asked for the manager to call me but this did not happen. I submitted feedback and a complaint online a few days apart and received no respo...
Not impressed. We normally order from Monte Verde which is fantastic. However they were closed for Xmas Eve so we thought we would try Bubbas. Pizza was ****. Customer service, non existent. Cheap bland mozzarella and far too much of it. Other toppings were minimal. Eg. 3 or 4 olive halves for a whole large and 3 pieces of (tasteless) salami. We also paid around $6 extra for extra toppings which were not put on. When I called to complain that the extra toppings we paid for were not on the pizza, I was rudely asked well whadda want me to do about it? I replied that I would like that amount refunded to me. Their response was to say that 's not possible and then hang up on me. Very poor custome...
We waited two and a half hours for the pizzas, they still didn't arrive and it was then past the delivery hours, there was no call to say of any problems with the delivery. For whatever reason they didn't deliver them might have been just a one off thing, so try them for yourself, I'm just commenting on the fact that we didn't get our pizzas but try them for yourself although be prepared at 10:30 at night to not receive your pizzas.
This was my first time ordering, and I found the online ordering process to be straightforward, with quick delivery. I tried the garlic feta square, which was absolutely delicious, and the Bark Meat Aussie pizza. The pizza was lovely, though it arrived warm rather than hot. It would have been even better if it had been served hotter, but I'm definitely willing to give them another try.

Since becoming a vegetarian, I've struggled to find a truly great veggie pizza, but the one I had here was the best I've ever tasted. Even my non-vegetarian partner agreed that it was one of the best pizzas ever. Don't let the small size of the place fool you—they serve incredible pizza. If you're in Seaford, be sure not to miss it!
We ordered three pizzas, but one of them arrived incorrectly. I called right away, and they quickly sent a new pizza along with a complimentary garlic bread! Everyone was friendly and courteous—from the person on the phone to the cheerful delivery driver. All three pizzas were delicious!
Ordered 2 Family traditional pizzas with 2 extras over the phone. Quoted $32.50, no problem. Arrive at shop and 1. They hadn't started making food. 2. The price had changed to $45.50 When questioned get 3 blank faces just staring back as if to say my problem. Very 2nd rate. David Carrum
