Enjoyed the seafood platter for 2, with a bottle of Brown Brothers Moonstruck Shiraz, which surprisingly paired well with the meal. The seafood was expertly cooked, melting in your mouth, with subtle but distinct flavours. Would perhaps like to have seen a couple of additional flavours (seared scallops and Oyster Kirkpatrick), at the loss of a couple of battered flathead tails (although these were still impressively good). The service was wonderful, with the waiters listening and acting upon requests. The atmosphere was pleasant, without breaking any new grounds. Quality of food is consistent and staff are always friendly and prefer it over the nearby waves on the beach I always enjoy getting the seafood linguini w a glass of white Took my sceptical mum here and she also really enjoyed the linguini, we agree that it's balanced-unlike other places where its too oily or has poor seafood. I don't eat red meat so I can't say much but my dad enjoyed the lamb shank it's also a bit quieter too which as someone who struggles to focus in noisy restaurants/streets I like that. Quite a nice place, the food was good but not incredible for the price, I suppose you're paying for the location. I had the seafood paella, which I would recommend, very filling though. The staff are really friendly. The space is spacious enough for regular diners but a large group had a party next to us which was very noisy and took up a fair bit of space. No free parking nearby, all paid parking is until 8.30PM or sometime around then. Worst meal. Cold chicken dish and although advised the chef/owner he did not come out of the kitchen or send any apologies just said he don’t know what happened.
