Bubbakoo's Burritos

I usually love Bubbakoo Burritos; the ingredients are fresh, it's quick and very clean. A great alternative to Chipotle or Qdoba. This location, however, is poorly managed.As stated in other reviews, they prepare the burritos on a dirty work surface with no foil underneath. The chicken had bits of bone and other connective tissue in it. The rice was soft in most spots but there were several inedible bits which suggests they put new rice on top of old rice. Definitely not clean. The thought of dragging the tortilla across the dirty, greasy food surface turned my stomach and I was unable to finish my burrito.

I had to ask for a new bowl because they got my order wrong. The replacement bowl I received had spoiled, slimy onions and was missing the sauce. The chips were bland with no salt or flavor. Overall, a terrible experience and I won't be ordering from here again.

I love this place and lady working behind the counter is the reason why I came to this place she was super friendly and explained the ordering process and what items them have . This is definitely better then Chipotle if you were wondering

You always package my food like infant. Queso- everywhere. Burrito bowl- spilling out of UPSIDE DOWN CONTAINER- that is now covered in queso. This location is so bad always so so bad I cannot stand whoever works here they are they worst Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I ordered a steak and shrimp burrito at this restaurant. I was enjoying it until halfway through when I encountered a large chunk of mushy rice that completely ruined my appetite. I paid $16 for a burrito that I ended up throwing away.

I paid $13 for this amount of steak on my bowl. You go to chipotle they fill your bowl with meat not give you only a few steak tips. Rice was overly wet and steak was extremely dry. Only good thing is friendly staff. That's all.

This is my second visit to the Clinton location. The servers were different, but the experience was consistently fresh, friendly, and delicious. I can't wait to return. I only wish they offered delivery to my area.

This restaurant has disgusting hygiene practices. They were washing all of the dirty serving trays at the end of the night next to the rice and beans they were still serving people. Absolutely disgusting Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The empanadas were delicious! I was happy to find that the nacho cheese dip did not have jalapeños, making it a delightful and cheesy addition to the chips without causing any discomfort from spice.
