Couldnt even take the picture before having a few bites. I've been coming here for 10 years. Easily the best Hot Dogs in Elk Grove and the best Fresh-Cut Fries in the State. Was in Elk Grove for work. Owner took our order. Probably one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. Got the juicy italian beef sandwich was phenomenal, fries were excellent. I know popular Portillo's and Johnny's has gotten real popular but Bubby's has the best beef around and you'll never get more friendly service than with Andy.
