The pizza is decent, but the service leaves much to be desired. I specifically asked for them to call me instead of ringing the doorbell, yet they rang it three times in a row. I initially thought the prices were a bit high, but I’ve now realized they've consistently overcharged me with each order. For instance, I was charged over $27 for chicken tenders, which are priced at $7.95, and a large cheese pie for $13.00. Today was the first time I checked my bill out of more than five orders from Buccos, and instead of the chicken fingers I ordered, I received chicken nuggets—something that isn’t even on their menu! I'm both confused and surprised, and I don’t plan on ordering from Buccos again....
The gluten free pizza is amazing! Usually gluten free pizza either tastes weird or is way too crunchy (I don’t like thin crust pizzas). Their gluten free pizza is just like a normal one, and fluffy too. Yesterday when they called to say they ran out of the gluten free dough, I took a chance and ordered the cauliflower crust instead. It looks thin but tastes exactly the same as normal pizza and is not overly crunchy. The sweet potato fries were also really good, though I wish the cheese was more distributed it looks like they just slap a few whole slices on before heating it up. So far, wait times have been a bit long but not too bad.
If I could, I would give this place zero stars. It’s the absolute worst! The service is horrible, and it felt deserted with no customers or staff in sight. I was even greeted by roaches. When I finally received attention, I ordered a chicken sandwich, but the chicken was raw. When I returned to show the manager, who I believe is the owner, he was extremely rude. The entire experience was awful. Please steer clear of this restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bad reviews beforehand, so be sure to look them up before dining here.
The owner seemed more interested in showcasing his Mercedes SUV than in properly managing the business. During the two weeks I observed, the bathrooms were never cleaned, which is unacceptable. It became clear that he was in over his head when it came to running a restaurant. Additionally, he allegedly encouraged family members to post fake reviews online to boost the restaurant's image. If I could leave no star I would.This is the WORST PLACE EVER !!!! The most terrible service I’ve seen. No customers or staff around, I got greeted by roaches. When finally got attended I Ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken was raw, I came back to show them and the manager which I believe is the owner was vey rude, it was really bad. Please avoid this place. Sadly I didn’t see all the bad reviews before, check the reviews before you go eat there.
I ordered from this restaurant a few days ago, and my experience was terrible. When I received my order, it was unappetizing. I couldn't even take two bites before noticing a couple of hairs in my food. When I called to voice my complaint, I was put on hold and never received a follow-up. I will NEVER be dining here again. If I could rate it lower than one star, I definitely would. My overall rating would be -6/10.
To make matters worse, the owner, who was also the cook, was rude and dismissive, insisting that everything was perfect and that "everyone loves our food." I was taken aback. In the end, I had to pay for the pasta dishes, even though he refused to remove them from the bill, insisting we take them to go. We didn't want them since the food was inedible.
I ordered pizza and chicken tenders for delivery, but instead of the tenders, I received McDonald's chicken nuggets in a tray. I would have laughed it off if they hadn't charged me $10 for it. I won't be ordering from them again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
