I've visited this restaurant twice, and I can confidently say the food is excellent. I've come across some negative reviews, but I haven't experienced anything they describe. We typically order a variety of tacos and end up splitting them, using the leftovers to make quesadillas the next day since the portions are generous. The food is well-seasoned and feels authentic. Having lived and traveled extensively in Mexico, as well as having Guatemalan roommates and visited El Salvador, I know how this cuisine should taste. I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, especially given the high prices. I've never had a quesadilla that was deep-fried instead of grilled—it was just too greasy. The veggie quesadilla lacked any seasoning for the vegetables, which was a letdown. Additionally, the waitress handed me a very old plastic cup, and I noticed she added her own tip to the bill without asking. To make matters worse, she got the check wrong, and when I checked the math on my iPhone, she had the audacity to suggest that my calculator was incorrect, insisting that cell phones can't add properly. Overall, they seem to lack knowledge about Mexican cuisine, customer service, and basic seasoning!
Everything here was just okay, and because of that, I won't be returning. When we checked out as a party of four, I noticed a mandatory $15 gratuity added to our bill. I was curious about it, so I asked our server, who explained that it was the owner's decision to include it regardless of the party size. However, it worked out to about $31 per person, despite some dishes costing less than $15. I believe I should have the freedom to decide how much to tip. To be honest, if the automatic tip hadn’t been added, our server would have received a better gratuity from me. Additionally, the prices were on the higher side. It's unfortunate, but I've learned my lesson.
I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't heard anything about their food before, but man, was I surprised! It was delicious, and my SUPER picky eating baby daughter dug into my tacos (tinga) readily. My brother loved his burrito (al pastor). I don't get the few complaints on here, and I'm telling you to trust the positive reviews...you won't regret it. I can't wait to introduce it to my wife. She lived in Guatemala for a few years and is excited to try it.

This experience was absolutely worth it! The food was fantastic and the portions were generous. I had the shrimp and fish fillet, served with vegetables, potatoes, and rice and beans. The hibiscus juice was delightful, and Alan provided excellent customer service. He really assisted me in making my selection, and I loved every bite. I can't wait to return soon!
The food was fantastic! Although the space was on the smaller side, it had a cozy, homey atmosphere that made it feel like dining in a comfortable living room. The hostess and server were very pleasant. We ordered nachos, quesadillas, and two burritos, and everything arrived at our table simultaneously.
I ordered beef tacos, beef soup, and guacamole with chips, and everything was outstanding! The soup might have been my favorite because it was so comforting and warm, even in the hot summer weather. It was truly a delightful experience for me.

I would rate this place six stars if possible. The burritos are enormous and delicious, satisfying both your hunger and your spirit. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough!
Great atmosphere, very enthusiastic and gregarious chef. Food was well presented in a timely fashion and did not disappoint in taste. The milk and rice drink was most memorable.
