I've been eating Buffalo Grill for 10 years and for cognac, I've been eating it from time to time since the opening and I can say that the more time passes and the more quality of service and especially dishes have become worse and worse at a point that I'm closer to going back. everything to start at the time we received the salad dishes offered and we stayed stuck. the bowl was almost empty (the flageolets were missing for me) and for my part I only had but trimming, barely two punches and there was nothing, we have the impression that they make savings. Then I asked for a raspberry mojito, I barely drank so much that the glass was strong in alcohol. but the ponpon c was the dish, I asked...
Cold food, undercooked meat. Ordered onions for starters to be told , we have run out , ordered the ribs ...again non left ...tried to order pork chop...non left . This was at 7-30 ---8 on a Monday evening . My friend had a chicken burger , very hard bread and the chips were stone cold , the chilli con carne was so over priced for the little you got and the meat on my kebab sticks was cold and fatty . We waited ages for our meal although it was busy , but not offered a drink for 15-20 mins . Very poor service . I did complain and the manager did redund part of the cost , but I would defiantly not go again
5 people, including 3 children, no one managed to eat together. the dishes arrived one after the other, the tables of the customers arrived well after us were served before us. no information about desserts not available before order.... Very limited product, many small insects around the dishes. I refused the evaluation tablet, stating that it was best that I do not respond to the questionnaire. We ate on the terrace what could have been a good idea if it's only a majority of smokers. The restaurant can't help it, but it's not badly ruined the experience. flat side nothing to say, it was rather good and for a very reasonable price. Aperitive side is really light. .côté dessert not too bad as well.After the service is not at all at the height. And we're closer to the canteen than a restaurant.

I was staying at a nearby hotel and on a Sunday night this was one of the few food options. There seemed to be a lack of staff and despite the efforts of those staff who were on duty, service was inevitably slow. The menu is extensive but is really just a variation on various steaks. I had a steak which was remotely decent and overall this was a pretty average eating experience.

we regularly go to the grilled buffalo restaurants, much more when we travel. the cognac establishment lowers the level of the ensign. Hot served beer with no foam: replaced, served ice melted on pancakes. Too bad.
L'endroit à la gros avantage d'être près d'IBIS et qu'on peut y aller à pied... c'est une chaine qui fait de la cuisine standard dans la moyenne. ici c'est très exactement cela. Le personnel est jeune et sympa.

I'm not a fan of this restaurant chain, food is good but I find expensive for what it is. cards always the same and a frame too dark. after the staff remains very well and the food is correct
