my wife and I went to lawrence, KS location in iowa street. bad decision. we go there for her buffalo shrimp, which is no longer on the menu. we ordered an appetizer from onion rings from which they were out. Finally I ordered the street tacos and my wife the pretzel balls. it took forever to get our food. then, when we finally did, both courts were terrible. my so-called street tacos was smokey and so salty that I could almost not eat them. the pretzel balls my wife were like the watered cheese sauce fought. when we mentioned this to the waitress, she laughed and went away. we will not be back. do not recommend this place to everyone.
I ordered takeout. The staff helping me was like, oddly aggressive? I did feel shamed by her for ordered food and showing up and she cursed at me a few times as well as other patrons. My order was wrong so I had to go back. When I got the new order, it was also wrong so when I finally got the correct food, it had been probably an hour and half total or waiting. Very medicore which is fine- I was expecting that- but the experience was pretty bad unfortunately. I don't like to comment on staff usually because they're most likely overworked and underpaid but I definitely felt pretty insulted lol
Ordered online and when we got there they swore they never received the order. Once we showed them the order number and that it was charged to our account they made the food incorrectly 3 times and we waited at least 45 minutes. We finally decided to leave and ask for our money back, the manager Jeff came out and said they would refund the money back after they just told us they never got the order. We never got our money back. The host at the desk was very polite and was doing all that she could to help fill orders but no one was helping her.

Friendly people who pay attention. The stars are mostly for them.It is an OK bar/restaurant and would work well for a group.Vegetarian options: They have cauliflower wings.

burgers are not there speciality, too much mayonnaise was stored on my and the hamburger meat tasty. I even told the server what was wrong with my eating, and that I was disappointed with the preparation of my burger, and he still charged me the full price for something I took out two bites, pick them here wisely because if their dissatisfaction still pays their.
The table we were brought to was dirty. The waitress cleaned it up for us. We got spicy garlic wings and the sauce was good, but our food was cold. Being as we were hungry we just ate the food. Plus, I don't want my food tampered with if I had sent it back. The restroom was also unsanitary. We will not be going back. The waitress was good, though.
Very good food not too expensive for what you get. Staff is always nice when they are busy communicative apologetic. I love it here when i get to go. Thank you guys n gals!

only 5 people eat when we were there. it took 10 minutes to sit. the waitress did not ask us how our food was and never offered again on our drinks. we will never go back.
We took our grandkids here. Great place to eat but very pricey. Food is great. I had pulled pork tacos very good but very small.
