We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant while attending a tournament with a group of 50, including 16 children and their families, on Saturday at 5 PM. We called ahead, and they assured us they could accommodate our large party. The service was excellent, especially considering the size of our group. The general manager and the staff were very proactive in assisting us, which left a great impression. We were given our own private room, which made it even more comfortable for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for handling large gatherings!
The service was incredibly slow. We arrived and waited 10 minutes before anyone came to assist us. It took another 15 minutes just to get our soft drinks. We ordered queso to start, but after waiting 30 minutes with no food in sight, we were still empty-handed. It was my son's birthday, and he was really looking forward to having wings. The manager was just standing around and clearly noticed that we still had no food or drinks. We ultimately decided to leave and have no intention of returning. This experience was utterly ridiculous.
Excellent experience! I went there to watch NFL games on Sunday, and it was fantastic. I ordered brisket tacos, which I found to be outstanding. My wife had boneless wings and tater tots, and she enjoyed them just as much. The place was bustling with football fans, creating a great atmosphere. We had an amazing time eating and watching the games—it was a perfect way to spend a Sunday. Our server, Charles, was wonderful too; he was very helpful, friendly, and pleasant.

The food is quite good once it finally arrives. I've visited this location multiple times for lunch, and it typically takes about an hour to receive your order, even when the restaurant isn’t crowded. So, if you plan to come during the week, be ready to set aside a 1.5-hour lunch break.
The dining experience was quite disappointing; the wings were not at all enjoyable. However, the service made up for it somewhat. The hosts and our server, Kyla, were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would rate the service as a D- and the food as a total letdown.
I really enjoy BWW, but every time I order delivery or takeout from this location, there's always an issue with my order. This time, my food was missing seasoning, and the celery was brown and wilted.
My partner and I have been frequenting the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Newark for at least two years since we relocated from New York. We always choose to sit in the same spot.
