We’ve been sitting here for almost an hour, our waitress (Jasmine) is really nice and on point for everything, she informed us that they did burn part of our order. Another server brought our food to us with no forks, (pizza and tots ordered) Jasmine was great, but service beyond her was horrible.Food wasn’t great either. We don’t mind paying good food prices if the food is actually good.Edit. When waiting to pay, we finally had to get up and go to the front to ask where to pay. Manager was too busy flirting with a waitress to actually help us and told us that he couldn’t close our ticket unless our waitress was present and she was busy with another table. no big deal. but instead of the man...
Some boneless chicken wings order a few years back in as 2018. I started eating my food and broke my tooth on something in my food. It was a small ball bearing. Found another one in the container where the chicken wings were. I was really mad as everyone should be. I called to talk to the manager to let her know what happened and offered me more food. I reacted, I'll never eat food from there again and I just wanted to know what happened so she could fix it. She said it probably came from the mixer they used....How does that happen? Their mixer begins to make noise and starts or is used in the middle of a falling part, the ball bearing. I've never eaten in a place in my 41-year-old existence...
11/11/22 Food was cold had to wait an hour. Didn't have my diving sauce. When waiting in the restaurant, the door in the kitchen was open appearance dirty from what I could see. They didn't have a plastic war either. I didn't call back to complain when I waited to see no point. The employee who worked the phone was not busy, and every time the phone arranged them pick up and stop until the caller either hangs up or called back and would repeat the same process when the phone was running. The restaurant didn't seem busy. I will not return to the port of Arthur Ort.
They are not put together the managers don 't know what they are doing, AT ALL. About 2 months ago they got in new mangers and wouldn 't give something called Seniority and kicked out most of the people that had been working hard and getting it right. They will move new people to the front lines to get ran down and confused and making them cry to the point they leave. If you want good customer service, don 't go here. They don 't care about there employees and sure don 't care about you.

10/10 for the customer service alone. Tried to come out tonight and was sweetly greeted and regretfully informed there was an hour wait on food before offering to sit us. So much respect for the hostess for letting us know first instead of getting us sat and having to wait to find out from the waitress, if at all.
Worst experience ordering food at the memorial location. The food was completely cold as if given from the refrigerator. Didn?t taste fresh at all. We had to throw everything away. Also all the employees including the manager were drunk (order pick was at 1:45 am closing time),
Totally disappointed and disrespected with this order! Made an online order for 3 orders of street tacos. I mean were you scared to put any meat on 9 tacos? You tell me would you accept this ? One looked like someone dropped it and didn?t care. HORRIBLE.
do not get me wrong I love bdubs, but the service really had its downfall. I remember going lately and having to wait 1 hour to finally order if they weren't even busy, the food is great, although and tasty never a complaint about the delicious food

Man when I tell you that this guy was the manager at bww was probably the most helpful today, he really made me realize why I love this fresh beinlose saucy wing. Shout to Mariah helped me last time and maintain the great management team.
