I 'm only granting it two stars to not be glossed over by readers.We waited for our pickup time, went in to check but they needed an additional ten minutes. Okay, no worries. Got the food, got it home five minutes away, and everything is cold and stale. This was during the peak of the rush on a Saturday night when the food was flying out the door hot and fresh. It 's anyone 's guess what that ten minutes was for. Ordered boneless wings. There was no sause on the wings. The womens bathroom was in horrible shape. My drink had something floating in. And when they brought me a new one, it also had something floating it in.The server was great. It was busy, but she came to check on us regularly. She got me a new drink each time something was floating in it without complaint and apologized profusely.Wings were cold by the time they came out. There was virtually no sauce on them. Had to ask for extra sides of sauce and sauced them myself.There was something black floating in my mountain dew. In 2 different cups. I'm pretty sure they dont clean the drink dispencers correctly.Over all this experience had made...

I got the traditional/boneless combo and they were extremely over cooked to the point that the chicken was non existent. Entirely too much sauce. The French fries were cold. The service was good but we don’t ask for much so idk. This is my 3rd bad experience at a 2nd Buffalo Wild Wings so I have come to the conclusion that they are just a bad food franchise.
