I enjoyed my experience here. I came in on a Friday, about 345,4pm, so before the evening rush. I enjoyed a quiet meal, it was very empty in the restaurant, so my food came out quickly. Rand did a great job servicing me. The only area of improvement is cleanliness. The glass on the doors and glass above booths are filthy with handprint marks. I also had to wipe away crumbs from my seat at my booth, and there was a left over straw paper from a previous customer behind the menus on the table. It could’ve been easily missed had I not used the condiment holder. Make sure the restaurant is clean. Otherwise, I would eat here again before any rush. I don’t have any problems with this location.
Terrible experience, server Kira was nice enough but only checked in on us one time in the whole 3 hours we were there for. Half of that time was spent waiting for the food! Yes, we waited over an hour and a half for our food to be brought out, only to be greeted with room temperature burgers and sandwiches and cold fries. We just started refilling our own drinks because Kira never came around, if she didn’t care then why should we? I can certainly see why this location is the worst rated in Saint Louis, what fines employees you have here Buffalos Wild Wings, bravo.
I do not recommend this location. Service was bad. The server (Kira) rarely checked up on us. We had to go up and ask for refills after plenty of time of waiting. Then we waited for a little over an hour (we had to go up and ask again because the server never showed up) for cold fries and warm temperature wings and burgers. We were a party of 12 and unfortunately the 18% tip was guaranteed for this bad service. Food: 1
Terrible service, the food took more than an hour to arrive, the waiter took the order wrong, he also forgot a lot of food, terrible, terrible, terrible service, the drinks never arrived, they brought us other drinks that I had not ordered, please Don't go to this place, avoid having a bad time. This place didn't have any vibe on a Friday night. Games would make a difference. Nothing of interest was playing on my visit. The poor bartender was also the server for the whole place. Waiter was not attentive and food took an hour to get out. We had to get up and ask for refills. At one point we got up to get refills ourselves. Fries were cold and burger was at room temperature. It gets harder to justify ordering from this location, high prices and delivery orders are often missing small items like a drink or sauces.
