I ordered 60 boneless wings in 6 different flavors. Almost all the wings were dry inside and most were barely coated in flavor (namely the dry seasoning ones). One flavor (Buffalo dry seasoning) had literally zero flavor put on it, they were left completely plain. I spent almost $40 splurging for myself, my husband, and a friend, because I haven't gone to BWW in a while and was craving it, but I'm so disappointed with this experience that I don't know if I really want to go back to this location again. The skimpy amount of seasoning has been a chronic issue for a long time now, and I just don't think it's worth the money I'm paying even if it's BOGO Thursday.
Bad service wrong food then everyone around you get served first and your waiting for bacon while your burger gets cold wouldn’t recommend it even if you were starving then forget to take your rewards off and wait all night to get it all right free refills are like no refill cuz staff isn’t around to take care of you ask to speak to a manager and one never comes terrible staff terrible service stay clear
Great service and food. There are plenty of tv's with a wide selection of sports to watch. Some at the bar and more elsewhere. So even when its packed you should have an angle to see a tv. Looks great on the inside, highly recommend that you try it out.Parking: Tons of parking
We ordered through DoorDash and my husbands order was incorrect. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Dan, who was extremely polite, professional and helpful! Dan needs a raise; managers like you are hard to come by.

I ordered 20 boneless wings and 10 of them were wrong. The order was cold and 10 wings weren't the right. I literally only ordered wings. This is the 3rd or 4th time they have messed up our order.
The wings were cold and definitely not fresh, the fries were cold, the celery were stale, not ordering from here anytime soon. Not worth the money!
We often visit this restaurant for post-work get-togethers, and the servers are consistently friendly, with the food always being of good quality.
This was my first visit to this restaurant located in Waterford, CT. Our server, Jason, provided excellent service. The food was delicious.
