Took my wife and three kids under 12 for dinner. Place was empty, so my expectation was to get a booth. Host took us to the bar area. I stated there are a ton of booths open that aren't near the bar. He stated we are short staffed so we can't accommodateyour request. I didn't understand the reasoning, but okay. He finally took us outside on the veranda. It was hot a really hotday. Should have left at that point. Service was very slow and waitress didn't check in to see if we wanted refills of our soda. Disappointed with the experience.
Buffalo Wild Wings offers a friendly and attentive staff that strikes the right balance without being intrusive. The restaurant maintains a clean atmosphere, and the menu is well-sized, making it easy to choose without feeling overwhelmed. During both our visits, the food was fresh, hot, and delightful. No one was at the entrance; after waiting a bit, we started walking to the bar. The place was 10% occupied. While walking to the bar, we looked around and sat ourselves at the high top table. This was not received well by the staff. After ignoring us for almost 15 min, an annoyed server approached us. I saw her coming and said Hi. The staff are friendly and Attentive, but not too much. Clean establishment. Nice size menu that is not too big where there is too much to choose from. And the food was fresh and hot. Flavors were very good from the two meals we shared. I enjoy the hot fresh cut french fries. They had a nice crunch since they are cut on the thin side and had the right amount of salt. I ordered wings for dinner with my wife, but they arrived with hardly any sauce and the skin was rubbery. It seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and were quickly reheated in a microwave. We didn’t even finish them and just politely asked for the check before leaving. After many years of enjoying Buffalo Wild Wings, the quality of the food has declined on my recent visits, while the prices have increased. I’m not sure how they’ll stay in business much longer.
I used to be a regular at Buffalo Wild Wings, but that's coming to an end. During my last three visits, including today at 4 PM, we've been seated and left waiting for 20 minutes without any service before finally deciding to leave. The server never even came over to greet us; instead, we watched them assist nearby tables while we sat there ignored. This level of service is unacceptable. We've had enough, and from now on, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.
Buffalo Wild Wings is pricey and doesn’t deliver much in terms of quality food or drinks. Service is slow because they’re understaffed. While the staff are friendly, that doesn’t compensate for the limited menu choices. Surprisingly, their wings—which you’d expect to be the highlight—are overpriced and nothing remarkable. Their hottest flavor is just intense heat without any real taste.
The wings were decent and properly cooked, which is why I gave 2 stars. However, the fries were terrible—either microwaved or made early in the day and left out until pickup. One of the sodas tasted like cleaning products, which, while it shows you’re cleaning, definitely shouldn’t be something you drink. The celery was also brown. Please improve and do better!

We visited this restaurant for a quick meal and really enjoyed the hibiscus habanero margarita, which was delightful. I highly recommend giving it a try. Our host Ryan was somewhat reserved but remained attentive and courteous. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our brisket sandwich and buffalo chicken bites.
