Horrible, ordered food and drinks before the game started drinks came we ordered another round which came after our food which was late quarter minutes later) then the second round of drinks came. The waitress gave us the drinks while apologizing for the lateness of the drinks and said These Are On The House since they came so late. When we received our bill guess what was on there, you guessed it The Drinks that she said were on the house. I don't think the place is managed, no I'm sure the place isn't managed properly and won't be open long with type of service.
My Waitress was very nice I donât know her name but the food was horrible. It was cold had to go back twice and still came back cold. It really wasnât that crowded so I donât know why we couldnât get our food. Also the wait time for our drinks and food was ridiculous. The waitress even said you guys havenât got your food yet.
The team could use some help. It seemed there were just a few waiters trying to attend to more guests than they could handle. Consequently I didnât get all the items I ordered, I had to call the waiterâs attention to that yet he was too stretched to provide our request before we departed. Not a pleasant experience.

We had a reservation and it seems they weren't even expecting us. Waiter was not attentive at all... It took over an hour just to get the drinks brought to our table. Had to chase down the waiter just to get stuff at our table.
They need to improve their customer service. My wait was minutes before being seated then waited an additional minutes to be waited on followed by minutes before getting drinks. Food after minutes later. This is my third visit.
There was one waitress to take all orders and pass out food. We arrived at and wasnt served food till after The staff was very rude and unprofessional.

The experience at BWW was amazing. Happy hour was the best.. The service and the the vibe was on point.
