You know you've found a hidden gem when a restaurant shares a tiny plaza with a liquor store and is unpretentious inside, except for the incredible dishes served to you. The place has a cozy, mom-and-pop vibe, manned by just two people: the wife who takes care of the serving and the husband who is the sushi chef. Given its small size, it's definitely wise to make a reservation ahead of time! The omakase is a great deal, and the quality and presentation of the food far exceed the price (but shhh, don’t let the owners know, or they might raise it!). The sake here is also a great bargain! This charming restaurant is a family-run establishment operated by an elderly couple. They offer an excellent omakase experience at a fantastic price. The fish was incredibly fresh and practically melted in my mouth. We requested the shrimp head to be fried, and it was absolutely delicious! My friend inquired about the type of matcha leaf they used, and the lady generously gave her a whole tub! Such a kind gesture.
Reservations for dinner are a must, and the omakase experience here consistently delivers excellent value and service. We started out the meal with salad and cucumber tuna. We then proceeded with a sashimi plate, 10 pieces of DELICIOUS sushi, 1 hand roll, soup, finally ice cream.Food: 5/5

The sushi was so good. It literally melted like butter in my mouth. I also love the fried fish. Definitely, a must go place.
