I recently stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings Go to pick up my order. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter. One of the employees noticed me while placing orders but didn’t acknowledge me and just continued working and chatting with a coworker. I called out “excuse me” a few times with no response. Eventually, he handed me a cup and said “you’re welcome” even though I hadn’t thanked him yet. I also realized I was supposed to receive two drinks, but that was my husband’s order. I understand that many places are short staffed—I'm in hospitality myself—but a simple “I'll be with you shortly” instead of ignoring customers makes a big difference. How can any reasonable, sober person look at this and think, "Yeah, we should serve this to customers"? Buffalo Wild Wings, you need to get it together. I've eaten wings at some of the dirtiest, grungiest hole-in-the-wall spots, and even they wouldn't dare serve something this outrageously gross. I've had street food from the darkest alleys in China with no hygiene measures, and it's more trustworthy than this disaster. I've tried things you wouldn't believe, yet just looking at this made my stomach turn. This restaurant is extremely frustrating. Every time I make an order, something goes awry. I consistently do not receive my sauces. I just ordered 25 wings, but there wasn't any ranch dressing included. The wings were old and dry as well. I also ordered two servings of fried pickles and two of onion rings, but once again, there were no sauces provided for any of them. To make matters even worse, I discovered pieces of bone in the fried pickles. This establishment really needs to reevaluate its operations.
After multiple visits, I feel it's finally time to share my thoughts. I really like Buffalo Wild Wings, but this particular location has been disappointing. The 99-cent takeout fee is frustrating for a restaurant that is clearly designed for takeout. Furthermore, when I order wings, they often arrive completely soaked in sauce, making them nearly impossible to enjoy. For now, I think I need to take a long break from this place.
