a few days before the open table made a reservation because my friend was called in the sick house and had not had much time to eat, but it was his birthday dinner so that we tried to work it. we came to the restaurant and told them we had a reservation, they said they did not make reservations because they “do not even know they are set up”. They should not be able to make a reservation if they do not accept them. not sure what an apology is, but we immediately left because they were rude about the whole situation and we also did not have time to wait the hour to get a table at this time. I was written to confirm my reservation also by open table, which was frustrating. I will never return...
A complete dump. The host was rude, they claimed there was a 20 minute wait when there was tables open, not even 25 percent full. Bar was dirty and sticky and the bartender acted like I insulted his grandmother when I said something about it. We waited30 minutes for our food and when we asked about where it was, we immediately got the wrong food AND it was cold. Clearly sittingsomewhere. We said something, and then they remade the wrong food again. You'll be lucky if any of the employees that show upare actually sober. I hope this disaster of a location closes down and is bulldozed into a parking lot or something. At leastthen I could pull up and have a decent parking spot to some other rest...
I generally don't get too worked up when my food is wrong because I know they can correct that but when our food was wrong and our bill was about twice the cost it should from random food added to our order, I get frustrated. That is why I have the onestar here. The food was fine but the service was bad. They had to bring out our food at different times since things weren'tready and things we didn't order were brought out first. (We did not eat any of this unordered food. I made a reservation on OpenTable a few days in advance for my friend's birthday dinner, as he was on call at the hospital and had limited time to eat. When we arrived at the restaurant and informed them of our reservation, they told us they weren't honoring reservations because they were unsure of their setup. It was frustrating to have made a reservation ahead of time only to be turned away. The staff was also rude about the situation, so we decided to leave as we didn't have an hour to wait for a table. Additionally, receiving a confirmation text from OpenTable added to the frustration. I will not be returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings location.

I made a reservation for 2 people at 11:45pm through Open Table. When I got to the restaurant at 11:40pm, there was a line of people waiting to be seated. My reservation was not recognized, and I was informed that I would have to wait 45 minutes to get a table. The host mentioned that they do not accept reservations through Open Table. Being turned away late at night when most other places were already closed was unprofessional and showed a lack of good customer service.

Expensive, but very good. Waitress was awesome, food was awesome. My first time eating there. One of the best meals I've had in a restaurant. I dined with Amish people unfortunately they don't tip well but I Hope the waitress knows she was appreciated.
Great experience. Enjoyed that you could scan the QRC code and see the menu. Was disappointed that the server did not know you could reserve a table using this app.
