when they go to the buffalo wild wings in st. clair shores, they are just aware. the last time I and my friend went there, I ordered wings and when they came, they were cold and were not completely covered in sauce. they took it back and corrected my order. I and my friend went to dinner last Friday for my birthday. they ordered my friends. he ordered mozzarella sticks. when they came out, they were in order, but instead of Marinara sauce they gave us something that looked like chili or salsa. When the waitress came to the table, we pointed out the chili and she said they were from the Marinara sauce. they had a drink that was good. I had boneless wings and they never gave us serviettes and...
Manager sat us down at a dirty table, we were having a business meeting here. Paper documents on the table got ruined. After wiping it down, our waitress had expressed negative feelings towards the company and how it was being run there. The food was alright, average. Salad had tons of brown lettuce in it, soggy and wilted, throwing fresh lettuce and old lettuce together is a health code violation for sure. 9 years in the restaurant business, I know what that looks like.. overall I won't be coming here again, the waitress was the best part. I appreciate her uplifting attitude and making the best of a bad situation.
completely empty restaurant on football Sunday said it was 25 minutes waiting to sit down. 3 hostess on the door to eat on phones eating very unprofessional no serviettes with appetizers or salsa with tortilla chips tells 30 minutes for boneless wings with an empty restaurant on all that no straws during the vid and affen pox definitiw recommend another location
server was sweet. great energy. helps me recommend a great drink for my man. he loved it. hennessy coughler, if someone asks? service itself was a little slow. it wasn't all busy. maybe 7 tabs with a few servers. Me and my family have never been to a buffalo wild wings before. The staff and the manager truly us will respect that was awesome the food was excellent the whole of varmint felt comfortable for me and my family and yes we will be back soon very soon thank you for making our first time Excellent. Service horrible. Food over cooked. Some food ok. Waitress had way too many tables. Had to go looking for her. Three adults sat in area where children where having very large birthday party. This is a sports bar. Never again. Food overpriced.

I didn’t like the seating arrangement. The store needs to honor online reservations no matter how crowded the restaurant seems.
