Très belle résidence disposant de 5 piscines ouverte de 10h à 18h de fin septembre à fin juin , et 10h -22h fin juin à fin septembre .La Residence est ouverte 24h/24 à 15 minutes à pied du yumbo .Une epicerie se trouvent au niveau -1 de la résidence, ainsi qu'un bar côté piscine et restaurant. En taxis pour rejoindre le yumbo en -de 5 minutes .Tarif:3.51 € (tarif 2023 . Deux mini magasins d'alimentation se trouvent à moins de cinq minutes de la résidence. Il faut compter environ 41 euros (tarif 2023 et a peu près 30 minutes depuis l'aeroport de las palmas en taxis pour rejoindre la résidence. Pour rejoindre les plages de dunes près du phare , de nombreux bus circulent en ville , et en taxis...
I have lived here for 5 months , it is the worst place i have ever lived . The noise levels are crazy . Most neighbors are german and dont care how loud they are . Reception doesn't care neither does maintenance. People have full conversations outside my apartment which is my bedroom. I get woke up all the team people talking outside my door . You can hear people taking showers , going to the toilet . They have been reconstructing the pool and elevator since I moved here. There is no peace ..... no quiet ... no care... Do not move to this place to live ... Living here is pushing my limits of compassion .. Horrible horrible place to live
Se está muyyy agusto, edificio fresquito con buena comunicación con el resto de la isla, a 5 min de las dunas de Maspalomas, tiene varias piscinas con hamacas, todo bien cuidado y lugar estupendo para descansar
This apartment was in a super location, close to everything including playa del ingles. Never seen such a bicycle lane to 5th floor. Had an amazing time watching the fireworks this new year, was fabulous

El Paraiso Maspalomas es un antiguo hotel, donde hoy la mayoría de las viviendas son privadas. Todavía quedan algunos apartamentos de vacaciones que deben reservarse con mucha antelación.
