I had a doctor's appointment right up the street so I stopped at this location. One of the things I ordered was the chicken avocado protein bowl. I opened it and the avocado already had black marks on it like it was already going bad. I know avocado turn somewhat quickly but I was only 10 minutes from my mom's house. It should not have had all those black marks on it so fast. I started to eat and was crunching on something. I ignored the first crunch (there shouldn't be a crunch). I took another bite and it was more crunch/grit than the first bite. It was very gritty like. I started emptying the bowl in a plate to the side to see if I could see anything and came across what looked like dirt...
I'm going to start by saying that I love Buona and the 3 star review is strictly for tonight's order. As a non meat eater for the last 6 years, one thing I've missed is a good Italian beef sandwich. I was thrilled to discover that Buona now serves a meatless option. Decided to treat myself so ordered one through the drive-thru along w a slice of rainbow ice cream cake roll.Got home and was disappointed. I don't live far from Buona nor is it a hot day but the ice cream was melted and oozing out of the sides of the container. Popped it into the freezer. Hopefully it taste better than it looks. So, the main course, the meatless Italian beef, not bad, not great. Terribly salty. I'm talking blood...
I live in the condos right next to Buona, and my kids want to eat there at least twice a week. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is consistently disappointing. The manager, who I believe is a Hispanic male, has a really bad attitude. My recent experience was a complete disaster—my order came out all wrong with no avocado or bacon on my chicken sandwich, my son's sandwich was soggy and lacked cheese, and they mistakenly added hot sauce instead of sweet. My pizza was overcooked and barely had any cheese on it, even though I paid for extra. When I called to voice my concerns, the manager was disrespectful and questioned why I didn't just come back since I live next door. Over...
The restaurant provides outstanding service and delicious food. It's an ideal spot for lunch, with prices between $30 and $50 per person. Both the food quality and the service, as well as the atmosphere, receive a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. I highly recommend trying the Grilled Chicken, Buona Beef, and Fries.

This restaurant is always a must-visit for me whenever I come to see my family. I had my first taste of their amazing barbecue many years ago at their location on Roosevelt and Oak Park Ave. If you're looking for an authentic taste of Chicago, this is the spot to check out.
No matter what they order, they will not be disappointed. her pizza? is delicious and her cattle are so good and they can have broth made thin, so they don't feel guilty with the bark. their milkshakes are also quite good.?

First time trying this location and I wasn't disappointed. Food was awesome and service spectacular and friendly, and dining area very clean and sanitized. Will be back

It's Buona so the beefs are great! This particular visit thru the drive thru was a bit painful in taking over 15 minutes, but that's not usually our experience.
Newly remodeled place. Food is delicious! What can I say, I love everything on the menu
