Situated in westfield 's chic rooftop dining area (i.e., the car park), Burger Co serves up very chewy and gristly burgers. Did not like the beef at all. It was cooked a little past medium and otherwise they put together a decent burger of a decent size but the prices go up rapidly after the classic burger and all seem overpriced, as was the $6 extra for shoestring fries and a coke.
Situated in Westfield rooftop, The decoration was very superior, and the mist had excited the mood. In all honesty though, the burgers were mediocre. I tried the American hippie and a friend got the American classic but extra spice and flavour could be adjusted. The prices of the burgers are a bit costly but at least they were sort of filling.
We love Burger Co! We love us a good American burger, and these are second only to my husband 's charcoal grilled burgers. And while I do enjoy a good beef burger, I actually get and love the veggie 'American hippie ' burger when I eat here. We also enjoy their sweet potato fries onion rings. Yum!

A little on the expensive side but overall good burgers. The American Classic tastes like what a lot of standard burgers with "America" in the title taste like, with pickles and that charred smoky flavour from the beef. Honestly one of the best places to eat in Hurstville.
Really phenomenal. I kind of expected average burgers because it's a Westfield restaurant but the burger was phenomenal. In house ground beef and great streaky bacon makes a really.greay mouthful of flavour. Will return.
I ordered the only vegan burger option available and was beautiful. I love especially their show string and waffelfries and garlic sauce! my family ordered the fried chickenburger and gave it in no time.
