I'm giving this restaurant a one-star rating after several visits over the past year. The staff is consistently rude, and they seem eager to rush me through my order after I select just one item. Don’t even think about asking for a dressing change on your burger—they simply won’t accommodate that request. I often place my orders online, but there was one occasion when they claimed they never received my order, despite my having the receipt in my email to prove it. I had an awful experience with customer service. The first time I ordered, they got my order wrong and didn’t take back the incorrect items. As I was leaving, I tried to discuss what to do with the old order, but the staff member just looked at me a couple of times and continued walking away. I overheard them saying, "Oh, so they're not going to give the old order back..." It was frustrating because they didn’t communicate anything to me about what to do with it; it felt like they thought I would just steal the food. The service is terrible, and the food is subpar. They serve cold meals, as if the food has been pre-prepared and just waiting for customers. It seems like they prioritize speed over quality. Unfortunately, the real losers here are the customers. What a letdown!

We were the only diners in the restaurant, and it took 20 minutes for our order to be served. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong; I heard the waitress tell her colleague that he was supposed to take the onions off.
